I have a love for journals—and that love keeps giving me new questions, ideas, and reasons to create.

Journal Connection is where I share my journey through self-publishing, creating journals, researching topics and interests, and using AI to help me organize, create, and build my brand. I’m learning as I go, and I’m bringing you along: the discoveries, the changes, and the moments when something finally makes sense.

Here, I’m exploring the who, what, where, when, and why of the journal industry. Who am I creating for? What makes a journal useful? Where can I publish and share it? When is an idea ready for the next step? And why would someone return to those pages?

The “connection” is between our experiences and what we write, between an idea and the journal it could become, and between people who need room to think, create, and be heard.

I can even picture a Journal Connection café someday—a cozy place to bring your journal, enjoy a cup of coffee, and find a little breathing room. Quiet time to write, with opportunities to share and connect when you feel like it. Sometimes, finding that space at home isn’t easy.
